GVC GVC F1156IV/R9A OR Generic Conexant RH56D-PCI Driver. Haven't been able to finfd a working driver for this modem with Windows 7 until now. This loaded as 'Generic HFC PCI Modem' and crashed my system. On reboot, The modem showed as working but it wasn't. I uninstalled the modem drivers and had Windows 7 rescan for device changes. It reloaded the drivers and all works good now.
